Bradley "Bones" McCoy

Director, Next Gen Requirements—Integrated Systems, Advanced Development Programs, Lockheed Martin

Brad McCoy is the Director, Next Generation Requirements for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. He is responsible for the pursuit of Next Generation Air Dominance Family of Systems solutions. These efforts include air vehicle considerations, service-unique refinement of operational concepts, Family of Systems approaches, and the evaluation of emerging and revolutionary technologies to ensure future air superiority. 

Previous to this appointment, Brad was the Director and Program Manager for classified programs within the Integrated Systems portfolio in Skunk Works where he was responsible for the development of advanced platforms. 

Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Brad’s experience included 23 years in the US Air Force flying the F-15 and F-22, as well as staff assignments as the Chief, F-22 Requirements at Air Combat Command, and Chief, Air Sovereignty Operations at NORAD. 

Brad received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Clemson University and has three Master’s degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Air Command and Staff College, and Air War College. 

Brad and his wife Kymble reside in Acworth, Georgia.
