Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend AIAA DEFENSE Forum 2026, you may receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received no later than 3 March. Registrations canceled after this date, or no-shows, will forfeit the full registration fee.
