Colonel Molly Solsbury is the Director of the Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) Enterprise Program Office for the Office of the Secretary of War Chief Digital & Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO).
Prior to arriving at CDAO, COL Solsbury served as the Director of the Chief of Staff of the Army Coordination Group in the Office of the Chief of Staff of the Army. Colonel Solsbury earned her commission in the Reserve Officer Training Corps and spent her formative years in the 125th Military Intelligence Battalion at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, and the 18th Airborne Corps at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. She participated in campaigns in Bosnia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, and North Africa. She served operational tours with the 1st SFOD(Delta), 82d Airborne Division, Joint Special Operations Command, 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), serving as the Senior Intelligence Officer at multiple echelons up to the J2 of the Special Operations Joint Task Force in Kabul, Afghanistan. Molly commanded the 513th Military Intelligence Brigade (Theater) and served as the Director for the Chief of Staff of the Army’s Coordination Group.
Colonel Solsbury has also served in a variety of roles ranging from intelligence and policy to research and development. Colonel Solsbury served as the Director for JSOCx and Project Ridgway – technology, data, and innovation focused initiatives charged with digital transformation within our Army and Joint Force. Colonel Solsbury holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Statistical Analysis from LaSalle University, a master’s in science from National Intelligence University, and completed her Senior Service College fellowship at MIT’s Lincoln Laboratory. She is married to Mr. Bob Gallagher, partner and owner of Carolina Tax, Trusts & Estates. Bob resides in Southern Pines, North Carolina, with their mischievous senior statesdog and vizsla, Celia.
